If you query ns1.cadvision.com for all NS records for macrozon.com, you see
a third server there, which I assume is yours.  So you do have *some*
control over your domain, but it'll be erratic unless they've configured
their name servers as slaves to yours.

You need to change the information in the WHOIS database so that only your
name servers are listed.  Out of courtesy you should notify the admins of
the cadvision servers so they remove your zone.

The same thing goes for any zone you host.

Same as above.  You need to change the information in the WHOIS database,
then wait a couple of days.  Make sure that your name servers are configured
for those zones ahead of time so that when the changes take effect, users
aren't sent to /dev/null.

The WHOIS database entries are maintained by your Registrar.  There are
usually Web forms for changing that data.
