[bind10-dev] Trac emails about „new description“

Hello

Some people got used to change the descriptions of tickets. While it has its
advantages, there are drawbacks too. One of them annoys me little bit ‒ it sends
completely useless notification emails about it, like:

New description:

  [ Two pages of description ]

Old description:

  [ Two pages of description ]

The problem is, most of the text is usually the same. Reading it again is waste
of time. And it is often useful to know the differences of the versions, which,
if possible to get, requires going to the browser and playing with it there
(again, a lot more time than just looking through the inbox).

Would it be possible to either not use such changes of description, but just add
a comment about the change, or make the trac send diffs?
