[bind10-dev] naming and versioning

Starting at 0.1 seems fine, but we have had 21 snapshot releases. 0.1 
may be misleading or appear to be a new project. What about our first 
release be 0.22?  That seems confusing too.  That is one reason I chose 
1.0. But now I agree that 1.0 should go with the stable API (and stable 
configuration interface or syntax too).

Anyone against the following for the alpha?

AC_INIT(bind10, 0.22a, bind10-dev at isc.org)

And the official first supported release being called bind10-0.22?
