This is my hope as well. It would even be cool if the current software
could provide both v6 and v4 services.

We are only just starting to get our feet wet with v6 and it will be run
in parallel with v4 for quite some time. I anticipate most of our
clients being dual stack. Our sticking point at the moment is not having
an IOS release that will allow us to forward the REQUESTS to our central
servers. We have 12.2.25 on our 3570s and 4506s and it doesn't support
the required features and to the best of my knowledge there isn't a 12.3
available for these platforms yet.

Our management model is based on a central database that is 'exported'
in appropriate formats for DHCP, DNS and other services. To simply add
a few more lines to the generated ISC dhcpd.conf files for v6 would be
great.
