innreport 3.0.2

innreport 3.0.2 is available on my ftp site.

Changes from 3.0.1 (as in the latest INN 2.3 snapshot) :
- PNG or GIF support depending upon the version of GD
- added by domain reader section
- it is now possible to hide columns in text or html sections
  (see comments in section 'prog_type' of innreport.conf)
- some cleanups

the *.in files are for the INN distribution.

If you are using innreport with Diablo or Cyclone, you can keep the
3.0.0 extention files (*.pm and *.conf) because I no longer have
access to these kind of servers.
