OVDB 2.7.7 oddity (but in a good way).

I was having trouble with BerkeleyDB and INN and overview data. Somehow
the database was getting repeatably corrupted, and when it wasn't
corrupted, ov writes were seeming to be a bottleneck.
So I dropped back to 64 files instead of 128, and bumped the cache size a
bit, and now it's running and has been running for several days with nary
a problem.
Same hardware and stuff, no changes except to the ovdb settings.
Also, instead of getting the wildly swinging overview times, they have
settled down to very stable/consistent numbers for the last few days.
In and of itself it doesn't mean anything, except if other people see the
same thing, perhaps a stronger "Don't touch these knobs and frobs unless
you know what you're doing" in the db config files would be warranted.
ov write 03:56:34.664 16.4% 1002612 1.550 14.158 3611.000
Which are much better than the 26000 ms times I was seeing with 128 files.
