inn2.3.1 expireover: could not expire

Unfortunately no.  This is one of drawbacks since storage api
was incorporated.  When recreating overview, there is no way
to retrieve articles stored in specific newsgroups other than
scanning whole spool.  If it could be done regardless of storage
method, we could never be bothered by how readers access articles.
