moving cycbuf and regenerating histry and overview

Yes, it behaves like you said.

Using copied cycbuff as a new one will lead unwanted problem.
You'll get tons of duplicate article message when makehistory
with it.  Create new one by 'dd' or use contrib/reset-cnfs.c
to clear the header.
