couple of ideas for feeds

Since feeds are getting more difficult to tune and/or manage I've thought
about making the following changes in my sources. Any thoughts?

I'd like to add a 'discard-cybercancels: true' option to innfeed.conf so
that I can have innfeed drop cancels for a particular feed rather than
trying to propogate them. This would be helpful if you know the other
side of that feed has refusecybercancels true in its inn.conf.

Another change that might help with tuning the propogation of binary
feeds would be a reverse exclusion rule capability for a feed. An example
would be:

| special/!site:*:Tm:innfeed

The reverse exclusion would drop any articles that did not have 'site' in
the pathhost line. This would be of benefit for creating a feed consisting
only of articles from a particular site.

Is anyone else thinking along these lines?
