innxmit changes in

innxmit in CURRENT should now be able to handle paths to articles as well
as storage API tokens.  I've done some cursory testing, but I'm going to
let it sit in CURRENT for a bit before backporting it to STABLE.

I added new article_open and article_free routines that all article
accesses go through and that handle doing the right thing for either a
token or a path, faking up an ARTHANDLE for articles opened from paths.
