In my readers.conf file, I've got the following, however, it's not working.
auth "localhost" {
hosts: "localhost, 127.0.0.1, stdin"
default: "<localhost>"
}
access "localhost" {
users: "<localhost>"
newsgroups: "*"
access: "RPA"
}
When it logs in, I see this...
May 7 14:34:55 purple nnrpd[24631]: SERVER perl filtering enabled
May 7 14:34:55 purple nnrpd[24631]: localhost connect
May 7 14:34:55 purple nnrpd[24631]: localhost post failed You are not
allowed to approve postings
May 7 14:34:55 purple nnrpd[24631]: localhost posts received 0 rejected 1

[ using -CURRENT-20010429 ]
It's not some sort of not having reloaded problem, because I've rebooted
the machine to make sure I cleared all the configs!
I also just stopped inn and ran "make update" in the -CURRENT directory, so
I'm sure I am running the right version.
Is there anything else I can check?
Thanks
