Help with "list newsgroups" issued by newsreader client

All listed newsgroups are equivalent to what is
allowed to read.  So, you cannot restrict accessing
article while 'list' shows newsgroups.  In another
word, you cannot let user see list of newsgroup, but
articles is inaccessible in your case.
