Posting backup for some hosts?

Looking at the documentation instead of the example, I see that
NNTP-Posting-Host is indeed one of the headers that are exported.

So I just wrote a tiny function in the nnrpd filter that stores
posting times in a directory of per-host files, and it checks that
and denies people who have posted too much the last few minutes.
