Configuration Question

[Lufkin, Brad (Mission Systems)]

I'm trying to start up nnrpd as a daemon using the following command:

./nnrpd -D -p 563 -S -t

I'm getting the following error:

./nnrpd: can't bind local address (Invalid argument).

What am I doing wrong?
