INN2 Not Launching Properly

Julien,

Here is the result of the command: http://pastebin.com/vuLzH3nZ (There
were a bunch of owner persission error I fixed; I wasn't sure to what
number I should change the modes, so I didn't make any changes to them,
but I will).
