In case you file a bug report, you may mention a few other uses that were
not caught by lintian in the NEWS file. For instance:
=> It permits to control the level of checks performed by innd and
nnrpd.
=> Thanks to Thomas Hochstein for the patch, which permits to validate
control articles for hierarchies that are still using old PGP keys.
=> the -m flag now permits to remove headers matching (or not) a given regexp

* It is now possible to properly generate daily statistics with
sendinpaths thanks to the new -k and -r flags that permit to control
the interval of days for processing dump files. The new -c flag
- permits to send a copy of the generated e-mail to the newsmaster.
+ permits one to send a copy of the generated e-mail to the newsmaster.
Also fixed an issue with statistics that could be missing or
duplicated for a couple of days when monthly sent.
Two lines above, there is "the new -k and -r flags that permit to control"!
