In case you file a bug report, you may mention a few other uses that were
not caught by lintian in the NEWS file.  For instance:

=> It permits to control the level of checks performed by innd and
nnrpd.

=> Thanks to Thomas Hochstein for the patch, which permits to validate
control articles for hierarchies that are still using old PGP keys.

=> the -m flag now permits to remove headers matching (or not) a given regexp
