Our CPEs have enough RAM, the problem is more on the Flash size but
some have an USB port so we can add extend the Flash as soon as
the onboard one is larged enough to boot the kernel.
BTW there is at least one very common laptop with an ExpressCard slot:
the 17" MacBook Pro. Now, it should not be so hard to find a cheapest
hardware?

PS: note I knwo how to install a Linux on a Windows hardware: I type
this from an iMac (27" with all the options at the exception of SSD)
running Fedora 16 x86_64. I even investigate how to put the whole
Linux, including the bootloader and /boot, on only one Boot Camp
partition (so it should be possible to split the 750GB disk of
existing not too full MacBook Pro(s) the time of the demo).
